Lilongwe's Kiboko Town Hotel Awarded by Malawi Bureau of Standards

The Kiboko Town Hotel bas been awarded the certificate of “Designated Hotel 2012” by the Malawi Bureau of Standards.
The award was received on behalf of Kiboko by manager Pheroce Pendame at a ceremony attended by press and television. The hotel was awarded in the category Hotels With Outstanding Standards and Hygiene Levels.
The Kiboko Town Hotel was opened in 2005. Situated in the centre of Old Town Lilongwe, the hotel is ideal for sightseeing and for the growing range of services available in this part of Malawi’s capital city. It’s just 16 miles/25 km from Lilongwe International Airport and a minute’s walk to the town’s famous craft market, banks and supermarkets.
The fourteen comfortable, en suite rooms are decorated in an attractive African ethnic style. DSTV is provided in the Hotel. There is also a comfortable lounge, a restaurant, and a shady roof terrace. Safe parking is available in an enclosed area. Wireless internet access is provided in the hotel and restaurant. Small conferences can also be accommodated.
